On the extreme left side of the
page in the box next to "Church
Contract Number"
are the numbers “35148”. This is
the number that has been
assigned to St. Alban’s by Olan
Mills and is unique to our
church. Nothing more is required
in this area of the page.
Next, fill out all information
in the areas marked “Photograph
Appointment Information”
and “Church
Membership List Information”.
The password is to insure that
you and you only have access to
edit your information. Please
assign an unique password that
you will remember.
When you have completed the form
you need only to click on the “Save”
button at the bottom of the page
and you will be presented with a
page to select the date and time
you wish to schedule your photo
session.
Remember this is a professional
photo shoot where multiple poses
will be taken. You will also be
given an 8X10 photograph
absolutely free. Even though you
may be given the opportunity to
purchase additional copies or
photo packages, you are are
under no obligation to do so.
However, they do make nice gifts
and you will have them in time
to
send to your family and friends
before Christmas.
